Our Maintenance division provides a wide range of skills designed to keep your property – commercial or domestic – in good working order. Our service can be arranged on a regular preventative, ad hoc or emergency response call out basis, 24/7.

Professionally skilled in all the main trades (carpentry, plumbing, heating, roofing, electrics, decorating and building works) our trained team typically carry out projects such as:

• General maintenance

• Total refurbishments

• Replacement and overhaul of windows

• Roofing

• Extensions

• Repair and replacement of pipes and gutters

• Tiling

• Fencing and decking

• Plumbing and heating

• Painting and decorating

• External works overhauls and maintenance

We are also skilled in Trade and Access works (locating the source of leaks) and Fault Finding – ranging from water leaks to electrical problems or roofing issues. Our work force is ably supported by an office team that liaises closely with insurance companies, loss adjusters, property managers and residents to resolve problems. Once we have cured the problem we have the capability to attend to all refurbishment and reinstatement works, from simply fitting a new door lock right up to replacing a roof.
